Easton grew up in Gretna, Nebraska and you could always find him doing something athletic – playing basketball, football, golf, and baseball. When he got to high school, Easton played basketball and football until he found CrossFit and immediately fell in love. Before CrossFit, Easton’s life was filled with only basketball and football all year long. But after he fell in love with CrossFit, he would take all the workouts he did as an athlete at Kinesis to his friends at school and tell them to do them while he sat back and watched them suffer through them. From those experiences, Easton knew he wanted to someday get his CF-L1, which he accomplished in July of 2017!
Easton graduated high school at mid-term during the school year 2017-2018 and immediately jumped into the coaching internship program at Kinesis. After successfully completing the requirements of our internship, Easton was offered a coaching position in August 2018. He plans to go to Metropolitan Community College to complete their Physical Therapy Assistant program. When he’s not at the gym, you can find Easton with family and friends, playing sports and having fun with everyone!
I CROSSFIT BECAUSE: I love the daily group competition. I also love it because it is something my entire family does together and we can all compete against each other at the gym. It also allows me to become mentally stronger and physically fit for everyday life.
I COACH BECAUSE: I love seeing people improve not only their fitness but improve their lifestyle, and I love seeing people lives change in a fun, supportive, and friendly environment. I love how I can be a part of every single member’s journey to create their lifestyle.
